I think it should be up to you to do what you feel would be the best route however saying that I'll put my opinion below.

I think that Mardek should remain male. This isn't because I don't want a female protagonist but rather because the choice has already been made and a lot of your fans would feel strange about the change.

However I do think that in a future project that would be a great idea for you to do and I'd certainly be interested in playing. Although that's not saying much either way about the merits of the idea as I'm interested in playing any game you put out.

Well because they didn't get the message the last time SOPA is back. For those who didn't see it last time a simple overview is that if SOPA passes their will be massive removals of fan art, fanfics, fan videos and general fan stuff. And yes that includes things on youtube.

There is a petition to stop this once again but it hasn't picked up as much momentum as last time for some reason. I will include a link here ∞ LINK ∞

Oh and hi by the way it's been quite a while since I've been around. I think we were still complaining about the loss of the orbs back then.

That makes god seem like such a petty git you know. Oh and it makes him look incredibly corrupt, it's the same as a politician making laws and then just letting everyone that slips him £100 do what they want. And come on an eternity of torture just for not loving a guy you can't even see, seriously? At least the devil can use the Nuremburg Defence what’s god's excuse?

Anyone who gives you ugly looks for being a gamer who is 31 years old is an incredibly naive person because the average age of gamers according to surveys ranges between late 20s to mid-40s making you the norm.

However, would you be able to cope when the person that you marry dies? How about if you don't realise that she was your soul mate until after her death would you be able to live with the regret? Or even worse, what happens if you find the "perfect women" marry her, live with her for her whole life and then find somebody that you are more suited for, how would you feel if that fulfilling your greatest wish meant destroying the other? And wouldn’t it feel like you are saying that she isn't good enough and like you are defiling her memory?

Also would you be able to cope if after 1000 years of campaigning for your religion it is proven that god does not exist? You spent your whole life campaigning for your cause watching everyone else die feeling sad but content in the fact that they would go to heaven, only to find that it was all a waste of time that you could have spent with your friends and family who have now been proven to have simply vanished forever. Could you cope with that?

Sorry for the dismal nature of this post but these things would weigh on me if I had eternity to contemplate them and are the reasons that I would struggle with immortality and that I think everyone else would as well.

P.S. I bet you that everyone who looks at this page will give me a negative F rating.

Many threads have been made about whether people would like immortality however few deal with the implications of this gift/curse (hmm would it be too obvious to insert a "until now"?).

So let’s say that somehow it actually happened, a genie or god or soul jar powered by a child's forsaken soul gives you eternal life and you walk off happily. But what happens then? How will you cope with forever stretching out before you? Will you be able to deal with the mistakes you make if you have to think about them for eternity? Will you go mad?

The ground rules are as so.
1) You cannot undo your immortality you are stuck with it forever.
2) You cannot die from physical damage. This means that even if you jump in lava or get in the way of two planets you will live. This can either be because of a superman type resistance but taken up to eleven so it just won’t damage you, or it can be because of a wolverine type regeneration where you take the damage but regenerate within seconds. The choice is yours.
3) Your immortality cannot be shared, transferred or duplicated. This is a one-time deal and your friends will die like normal.
4) Your brain is permanently “on”. Minus 8 hours sleep per night there is no way to skip forward in time by not being aware. This means no cryogenics, no yearlong comas and no time machines. You are stuck in linear time with no cheats.
5) You will not age past twenty. Sorry if you are past twenty already but you are stuck won’t jump back but for those younger you will age normally until you reach that age then just halt with no exceptions.

Personally I think that the strain would start to appear at about two hundred years when I start realising the futility of living forever when my friends die and begin thinking about the future and the possibility of being the only person left on earth after some cataclysm but I would not actually go insane until around year 1000 of the big future house.

I think that Pseudo thinks that he should get the same treatment as anyone else in FLIGS. The reason for the gap is that S does not count towards the orb. Finaly don't do that carefuly award FLIGS because of what the comments are worth not just at random, doing that can get you banned.

Just a warning getting a green orb for your account is incredibly hard even pseudo hardly gets them and he created the site!

And just to let you know you can give people FLIGS (the thing that gives people their orbs) via the letters to the right of time posted the meanings are on that page I linked you to.

Ah according to my research you are correct, my apologies for the mistake I was writing from a half remembered statistic. However considering the amount of importance we place on gold 3 swimming pools is still a relatively small amount.
