In Ten Words...
About MeI like theory, questioning, and a pinch of madness. I think poetry is wonderful, although wonderful poetry is harder to chance by.
Eraserhead is my favourite film. I'm fond of Hitchcock.
Indian Summer is my favourite band. I like practically every genre, and by that, I mean everything. Except maybe Reggae. Maybe that makes me a hipster, if 'hipster' had any tangible meaning.
I'm honestly not that sarcastic, it goes over my pretty little head.
I have a pretty fatalistic outlook on life yet manage to remain remarkably sunny about it.
A note on personality: I'm not the fondest of it. Particularly since it relies on user-input, when I'm of the belief that ourselves aren't always the most reliable assessors of ourselves. I'm biased (which way, heh, there's a question). I honestly believe personality is a construct anyway, and that our consciousness varies indefinitely. Personality seems to reduce the human experience to clichés if misused (which it too-often is, I think).
Either way, I score INTP/INFP frequently, and dance along the T/F border a lot. Which is technically impossible, according to how Ti & Fi work. Heart or Head was never a question I could exactly answer, except with "both" or "neither". I would consider myself an empathetic person, an imaginative person, an emotional person (who isn't an emotional person? what a redundant descriptor), but someone who has no problem criticising, being criticised, pursuing an argument, taking things apart mechanically and reconstructing them. Just when it's appropriate. I seem to be able to switch between debate, sympathy, and silliness fairly well.
