I won't attack Freud directly, but maintaining an informed opinion about such things is important. So I will leave this link here that simply explains what he believed about development, in case you didn't know, and you can think what you like.

Are you saying that stuff is incorrect? As bitter as it is to accept, that stuff isn't entirely incorrect. True, most of it has been updated, and it's all far more complex than that, but the logic there is fairly sound.

I wish that weren't how the human mind works, but what are you attacking? Are you saying it's immoral or something? I mean, if that's the case, then I'm just as immoral for not arguing against it.

If you're saying it's absurd, then I take it you haven't had much psychology. It's really one of the core things in psychology, though as I said before, it's far more complex, and much of that has been replaced or changed.

Given that Freud was literally one of the first people to even consider the subconscious, this was outstanding work, since he did so much of it on his own.

Besides, Freud did *other* things, such as the development of the concepts of id, ego and superego, as well as the concept of the Freudian slip(When you say one thing but mean your mother.) and he was *the* pioneer into subconscious thought.

I'm not saying anything about my opinion of Freud's work. It's obvious I don't agree with it, but that's not the point. I don't know how much you've studied him, but I thought I should mention this in case you weren't aware of some of his theories. I'm just showing what he claimed, though I suppose you knew that already.

If you want my own unprofessional opinion of Freud, I'll tell you.

Go right on ahead, it's a free country.

I know a lot about psychology. It's both my parents' field of specialty. My dad is a doctor in psychology, though not a doctor.(He got the second highest grade in his class, but was failed for other reasons... namely that he challenged all of his professors in a very political school... Suffice it to say, though, he's a licensed psychologist, and has been for years. My mom works at a state prison as a psychologist, as did my dad until he retired.

Every time I was confused on something about psychology, I just asked. One of them was bound to have an answer.

The reason I explain this is so that you needn't assume that I don't know about psychology. It's not as interesting to me as geology, and it's certainly nowhere near as interesting to me as WWII German guns and vehicles, but it's still something I know a fair amount about, I guess.

Anyway, go ahead and state your non-professional opinion. You have a right to, and I'm not one to prevent someone from speaking their mind.

Alright. I think Freud made plenty of ridiculous assumptions without sufficient evidence. His constant habit of tying the human mind to sex by whatever stretch of the imagination was repulsive and unconvincing. All his talk about the Oedipus Complex and psychosexual development sounds like something made up for shock value. If what I've read is accurate, his analysis of the Prometheus and Perseus myths are equally ridiculous, appearing as desparate attempts to read his theories into the stories at the expense of believability and reality. They seem like impressive demonstrations of imaginative rationalizing. I never knew the man (if you can believe that), but he gives the impression of a sex-crazed academic with no outlet except analysis.

Freud's work with the subconscious and similar theories seems more believable, but I thought it had been largely discredited today.

Freud stands out to me as an example of just how far an intelligent human mind can fall from understanding reality to extreme foolishness, but I'm open to correction.

Hmm... well I can't say that you're wrong, you have a write to your opinions.

For the record, though, even in that link you sent me, they specified early on that he didn't necessarily mean sex. "NB Freud used the term 'sexual' in a very general way to mean all pleasurable actions and thoughts".

In other words, everyone's actions are driven by their want of something, anything.

Often times, he did mean sexual in a more direct way. While many of the things he brings up are very basic, oversimplified or misread, his research was the best in the world at his time.

I mean, you do realize that human anatomy was forbidden for thousands of years, and that when they came up with drawings that, for the first time depicted human organs, it was revolutionary. They got the placement and shape of the organs all slightly wrong, even having a star-shaped liver, somehow, but it was *the only* anatomy information. If it weren't for that, we'd be thinking that humans contained blood and magic, and that was it.

Freud's psychology, basic though it was, was the foundation of psychological study, and is still taught for very good reason. While it's outdated, perhaps even obsolete would be an applicable word, what he understood was leagues beyond what anyone else on earth at the time knew. While Freudian psychology is primitive by today's standards, it's still far more than anyone had before.

Many of his ideas still hold water. As unsavoury as it is, Oedipus complex has at least some truth. It's a basic human desire to become better than the previous generation. Freud interpreted this as conquering the father and having sex with the mother, but in a more general term it can be viewed as the desire to become better than those before you, to inherit the world they made for you and to make it better.

All living things have the exact same drive, and it is only one drive: To ensure that life, more specifically their species, more specifically their genes, more specifically themselves survive and thrive as much as possible, for as long as possible. Darwinism ensures that, since anything that doesn't try to do that will die.

With that in mind, every bit of psychology can be linked to this primary drive in a functional way.

Those who wish to surpass the previous generation, and therefore try to do so, making them more likely to pass on their genes. Those that make an effort to survive are the ones that survive, those who make an effort to thrive are the ones who thrive, those that thrive are the ones that are most likely to reproduce.

The people who tried to be better than their parents are the ones who thrived, and therefore the ones that passed on their genes, as well as their social teachings, to their kids. These things include the desire to be better than their parents. Some people get too much of that, others, not enough. It's related to rebelliousness. Myes.

Sure, you can say I'm wrong. I'm either right or wrong, or part of both.

Even though the link said libido involved all forms of pleasure, the man still seems to have had an obsessive interest in sex. Just about everything was linked to sex. And then there was his idea that children find their primary pleasure in defecating and the act of discipline vs. individuality boils down to potty training, the obsession with genitals during the next stage, etc.

Maybe he was a great forerunner in psychological study; maybe his work has great historical merit. I'm just not at all impressed with some of his specific theories and his interpretations of observations, even from the standards of his own time. But, then again, I wasn't there.

I think it's a pretty generous leap to go from the Oedipus/ Electra complex to the idea that life forms strive to succeed and people want to surpass their parents' generation, and even then I don't think the urge to be better than parents is universal, but I suppose the theory does have a little merit in that respect.

You can respect Freud, if you think he earned it. I just don't see much value in what he proposed.

No, it's not like that at all. Opinions are opinions. You have the right to think that Freud was a fraud, just I have the right to think that he was a great mind.

You do realize that the genital fixation, oral fixation, anal fixation etc. are still considered to be part of psychology, right? Children gain physical pleasure from pressure to certain parts of their body. It's not orgasmic, mind you, but a child still gets pleasure from such things, and it is considered to be masturbation. It's sexual in the same way that a sexual variant of enneytype, i.e. SxSo is sexual. It includes intimacy or closeness of any kind, not just related to orgasms and intercourse.

That's not to say a lot of what Freud didn't have to do with shagging, in fact much of it did, but I don't think he's quite the pervert you're making him out to be.

You're saying my understanding of opinions is wrong? Tsk tsk, I have a right to think what I want about opinions.

But you're right; we can each interpret his work as we see fit, even though he must have actually had either a great mind or a mind that wasn't great. Or somewhere in between. Or both, depending on perspective. But I don't think he was a fraud; I think he was very deluded.

You mean these fixations on areas are still considered accurate, as single sources of pleasure, or these fixations define stages of children's development? I'm not sure how some of these stages would translate to initimacy or closeness, but it would make more sense to think in that way instead of in terms of sex. Intimacy is a much broader concept, whereas defining everything based on sexual instinct is going rather far.

Whether or not he was a pervert is a matter of speculation, though some of his theories ascribed perversion to all people.

I thought the freudian slip was when you make a mistake in your pronunciation to show what you really mean?

Example:
"That girl is a real bit- I mean witch!"

Pronunciation is an example of it, but it can be any time when you say something supposedly subconscious. In other words, you're trying to say something, but you slip up and say something else, and that something else is supposedly from your subconscious mind.

It usually does take the form of mispronunciations, though.

Here's the Wikipedia page on it, because I'm too lazy to read it and summarize it! :D ∞ LINK ∞

That's not the part that confuses me though, the part that confuses me is when you made a reference to 'mother'.
Let me give you the quote:

" concept of the Freudian slip(When you say one thing but mean your mother.)"

Notice: Undefined index: FID in /home4/yalort/public_html/charcoal/code/common.php on line 11
david s 24 United States MelancholicCholeric ISFJ 621 1192C
It's a pun. The meaning is "When you say one thing but mean another ", however "another" rhymes with "your mother". Since Freudian psychology often revolves around things like Oedipus complex, references to one's mother would be considered a big subconscious topic. It was meant as a joke, since it's possible that someone would have a Freudian slip and accidentally say "your mother" instead of "another".

Well a long time ago, Pseudo made a poll on OldFig asking what people's opinions were on it, and I made a comment there that goes a fair bit in depth on my opinion of alcohol. I'll give you a link, so that you can read it there if you'd like: ∞ Fig Hunter ∞

Little has changed since then. I still fear alcohol, but I have nothing against it. It's a chemical, neither good nor evil. It's useful, some people enjoy it. I hate addiction, I hate alcoholism, I hate stupid people, but alcohol is a tool in all of those things. Hating alcohol because people do stupid things when they're drunk is like hating cars because someone you knew was the victim of vehicular homicide. I never blame the tool when it's the person's fault.

I've learned more about alcohol since I made that post. It releases your inhibitions and decreases motor skills and cognitive functions, but it doesn't *change* a personality. If anything, it reveals the hidden personality. Don't get me wrong, some people inhibit parts of their personality for a reason; everybody has a dark side. I know my dark side pretty well, so I have reason to fear releasing it. However, alcohol can also release a better side to you. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's bad. My brother, who is normally frustrated at many things, becomes a volatile drunk, very very angry at everything. However, on the flip side, my primary personality is cold, hard, calculating and somewhat passionate about a select few issues, but my secondary personality is relatively friendly and jovial. It depends so much on the person.

Everyone is a blend of features. Submissive features of your personality are shown with alcohol, but it never creates features. It's dangerous, don't get me wrong, but the people who get drunk chose to get drunk. The substance isn't to blame for them getting drunk. You don't blame tall buildings for the suicides of people that jump off of them, do you?

In moderation, alcohol is just an interesting drink, nothing more. Anything can be just as "evil" in excess. Excessive sugar makes you wild and crazy. Excessive chocolate makes you ignorant of things that should make you sad. Excessive beta carotene gives you bloody cancer! None of those things are wrong. Even recreational use of alcohol can be fine.

I don't support excessive use of it, but I don't blame the chemical for it.

Anyway, on to the other stuff!

Yes, I like amphibians... rather misunderstood beings. I usually side with the underdog, it seems. Frogs are amphibians, myes? So it should go without saying that I like them. I've never had anything against frogs, and I like the sounds they make! ^_^

And reptiles! Yes, I like them very much!(I thought I had them on my list of interests?) I like snakes quite a bit, even having caught a few small ones as a kid. I was never as bold as my oldest brother, who caught snakes all the time, even venomous ones, with his bare hands. He was a rather bold kid, though. Reptiles are very misunderstood. People make them out to be monsters, but they're actually just very simple animals. I mean, for crying out loud, they lack parts of the brain associated with morality, so I highly doubt they're even capable of evil, let alone being born evil. A snake is just a simple animal, that eats what it needs to and tries to live its life. Most snakes aren't too aggressive. That being said, mambas, water snakes and Australian snakes seem to have foul tempers.(Note, water snakes and sea snake are very different. Snakes that live in ponds, rivers, lakes and streams are usually very aggressive, whereas sea snakes are the most docile snakes there are.)

Anyway, I hope that clears that stuff up! :P

Okay... every time I'm here ogling your bio, I can't help but notice that you have "eartheromancerand" listed in your ten words thing, and I always wonder what on earth that's supposed to mean. [sarcasm](Please do note that sarcasm bracket, this is sarcasm.)Oh, great. Someone asking me questions. Questions are for fools, and you should feel bad for asking me such a foolish question because it is foolish... and a question. And it's totally an obvious answer, after all.[/sarcasm]

All sarcasm aside, I couldn't expect you to know it, and I'm glad you asked!

Way back when, on OldFig, a member named casnat made an incredibly long, poorly written, rude and misspelled comment on the MARDEK 4 page.( ∞ Fig Hunter ∞ ) In that comment, he said "...for the (put elemant here)mancers e.g. pyromancer aromancer aquamancer sunomancer necromancer eartheromancerand yer mardek all the way...". The word "eartheromancerand" became an instant joke among many of the sillier members of the site, due to its absolute absurd nature and terrible spelling. Most members don't remember it anymore, but for those who do, it's a bit of a silly little thing and such.

It's really just a silly word used to make light of a strange comment, and it's sort of like a meme for Fig Hunter.

But yes, uh, thank you for asking! ^_^

P.S. Thank you for actually reading anything on my bio! You're the first person that I know of who can do that! Myself included! I haven't even read the thing myself! XD

That post is a post alright! O_O I didn't know it was humanly possible to write such a long and painfully drawn out sentence. Now I know what a troll stream of consciousness is like! Enlightening. Also amusing in its own way, I guess.

Sometimes, when the people of this site and/or real life irritate me, I feel the need to read something sane. Such as Tvtropes or some intelligent blogs. Or, in this case, your bio. Nothing creepy at all here, nope. xD

Congratulations, though! Do keep in mind that you still did better than either of my brothers, who failed at least twice each. Also feel good that you did it while you are only 17! My oldest brother and I didn't get ours until we were 19, and my middle brother didn't get his until he was 18, so you did splendid!

AGH! His stream of consciousness made my head go hurt! o_o" In all fairness, though, I'm not sure he was a troll. More like an idiot. @_@

Indeed it is sane! It's certainly sane when compared to so many other things in life. Right now I'm actually missing the blurb system - if it were in place I'd have recently given out my first negative blurb. O_O

The internet probably went out because of the alpacalypse. The apocalypse was brought on by Gangnam Style getting over 1,000,000,000 views on YouTube. Probably... Okay, prally not... since the world still exists and all. :P

Bloody hell! I never pay attention to the news. >_> More shootings... okay, so it is possible that they'll start restricting guns more. This is upsetting, it really is. No need to worry, though! I'll not die in a shooting, simply because A: I'm never in public and B: It'd take more than gunshots to kill me! Bullets cannot penetrate this much fat! :D In all honesty, though, I've lost a lot of weight, nearly 50 pounds now, so I'm not all that fat anymore... I'm nearly within the "healthy" range. About 10 more pounds to go.

Myes, many trolls *are* idiots, but good trolls are clever. Sometimes I do troll, but only when people are being rude. Then it's fun. Also I troll DreamGawd, but that's because it's a game with us.(If you come across her, tell her that I said she's obsessed with butts. XD)

Oh gosh! You must have a dreadfully confusing and insane life then, or at least be experiencing many insane things! I'm so sorry! :( I really should tidy up my bio though... it's poorly organized...

E-GADS! You? Negative? Blurb? Toaster Strudel? The?!?! I... I can't even imagine what someone would have to do to get *you* to write a negative blurb.(Y'know, I know you say you're , but I still don't see the in you... I've never seen you get too upset at people or get aggressive at all... you're really not the... er... forceful or aggressive type. o_O) I can't imagine that someone would make you so upset... I hope it wasn't me! I'm sorry if it was!

Heheh. Alpacalypse. ^_^

*sigh* Indeed... as if the world needed more violence. >_> I did worry about you. If you *were* in a public place with a crazed potential mass murderer, I don't think you'd run. I think you would try to protect everyone else and try to talk the gunman down. Unfortunately, that's a fairly good way to get shot by a crazed would-be mass murderer... On a lighter note, I already have my own variation of those bullet proof backpacks... mine is so stuffed with papers I probably don't need, no bullet could penetrate it!

You've already tried to recruit me into your little army of attack trolls against DreamGawd! xD But yes, an intelligent troll trolling a rude person is very funny.

Other than a confusing and potentially awkward social situation I've recently realized I'm trapped in, my life's pretty okay actually. o_O" (And I intend to rectify the confusing/awkward situation by becoming a forest-dwelling hermit. No more social situations=problem solved!) Your bio isn't too bad. The last bit seems a little cobbled together from your bubbles bio, but overall it's really pretty coherent.

The user doesn't appear to be malicious and I don't hate them, I just find them rather... irritating to say the least across a good number of posts. I would write the blurb only because I feel that this user might actually take some constructive criticism to heart. At any rate, you are not the user (as a point of fact, the very first POSITIVE blurb I gave out was to you).

Well, I'm not entirely sure about my own personality, probably because of the , but I'm not so rage-free as people suppose! ._." It just takes a while for me to get irritated (such as reading a lot of pretentious posts by a single user), or more rarely a pressed berserk button, and it dissipates quickly. Plus the fact that it takes a while for me to type anything, means any instantaneous reactions are rarely expressed through text. I might add that you don't come across as being all angry and forceful either!

Though whenever I'm not angry and there's no emergency, I suppose I'm about as forceful as a wet noodle! I actually ran into the wall while retreating during fencing recently. Dx

It's 12:30 at night, so I'm going to apologize in advance for the monstrosity this post probably is, but I FINALLY REPLIED IN A TIMELY MANNER. ;A;

I hate alpacas. I probably wouldn't mind them, but my evil greedy aunt has a farm full of them and she's evil and greedy and evil. >_> I know I must've mentioned her at some point before, but even so, I'm not sure how much I've said. Last year, I think, her son died. I should've felt bad, but I didn't... he was... vile. My cousin. He was a very selfish and spoiled person.(I think he was almost 30, so he wasn't a kid, but he was pretty young to die.) I didn't cry at his funeral. The only negative feeling I had from it was feeling guilty for not being sad. His mom, however, was crying up a storm. She said, "My only child is dead" to my mom.(Said Aunt's sister.) She said this to my mom... AND IN FRONT OF HER DAUGHTER! My soulless aunt said "My only child is dead" in front of her own daughter.

She always treated her daughter like crap. Recently, we found out more about just how bad they treated her. Up until very recently, they physically abused her, and she's in her 30's or 40's. They'd just hit her, at one point her father beat her with a bundle of locust tree branches.(A locust tree is a type of thorn tree, by the way.) Luckily, she's been able to get away from them. Her boyfriend just recently proposed to her. Her boyfriend is also the kind of person who doesn't let anyone harm her.

That aunt is truly vile. I hear every family has one, though.

That's a long response to just one sentence, isn't it? Sorry about that. D:

Actually, if someone were shooting, I doubt I'd be able to find words. You've seen the logical side of me, but when I become defensive, I become animalistic. In the past, when I've been cornered, I never talk, always fight. Always fight. Try to get safe. Always fight. That's how I think when I'm threatened. When others are threatened, I always take on the threat head on. I know I don't feel pain when I get that defensive. So yeah, I'd end up doing something crazy like charging the shooter head-on. O_o

A forest dwelling hermit, you say? I've had the exact same thought! Though I can't say Maine is the place that comes to mind for me. It could work... I did see some interesting places in Maine via topographic maps in this semester's geology class, but... I'd still vastly prefer Canada. ^_^ I'd go with you, but that'd defeat the purpose of running away from awkward social situations, since that's exactly what I am. o_o

You gave me a positive blurb? YAY! I don't even remember the blurbs I had! Yay! Pseudo hasn't finished making bubbles's's's archive accessible, either! Yay! Finally, I have screenshots of my blurbs, since I figured this'd happen, but they're on my desktop, which isn't working?!? YAY!!!! >_< But I'm glad to see that I made a somewhat good impression at least.

I... still can't imagine you being angry. It's like imagining an angry looking bunny... not possible. ._.

Uh... well I adapt to each person I'm talking to. It's close to impossible, if not completely impossible, for me to be aggressive to someone like you, since you're very inoffensive, but with someone like, say, Pseudo, who always seems to snicker at everything, it's hard for me to get along. Then someone like CtG, who I can never read, I'll be suspicious around him and, at times, jealous of him. Then there are really annoying loud people, often , or both(Ugh, people. >_>) and I tend not to get along well with them. I'm highly reactive. I give what I receive, and I'm not likely to be kind to jerks or rude to nice people. Chances are that unless you completely and utterly change your personality, you'll never see me be aggressive... unless you happen to be watching when I'm being aggressive to someone else.(Admittedly, that hasn't been happening as much lately...)

12:30? 00:30? HA! HAHA! HAHAHA! I'm writing my response far later! It's 02:34 now! But I'm glad for your, as you said, timely response, and I'm very extremely sorry I couldn't have responded sooner!(Then again, you're probably in bed or something, so it most likely doesn't matter when I respond to you.

Yes, I'd noticed you have alpacas on your 'dislikes' list and couldn't remember why, though I do now recall you having previously informed me of your intense (and justified) dislike of your aunt.

Well, I figured you'd have the compassion to try and talk them down, if it was possible. Taking the shooter on I figured would be your alternative. Not that it would be a completely terrible idea, actually, seeing as how guns are distance weapons and all. Hopefully the situation will never come up so we won't have to find out! O_O" Also... you don't feel pain when you're really riled up? Are you sure you're not actually a viking?!

My grandfather actually knew a forest-dwelling hermit! There were rumors that he (the hermit, that is, not my grandfather), had killed someone in another state and was hiding out in the Maine woods to stay out of jail, but my grandfather didn't believe that nonsense. The hermit didn't mind visitors so my grandfather talked to him a few times... for a possible murderer living alone in the woods, he was apparently rather nice. ^_^

I'm kind of surprised you didn't realize I wrote it (I tried to be objective and failed). Though I might have changed up my writing style a bit while trying to be objective, so that might be it. What's the matter with your desktop? I've been trying to become a more well-rounded nerd this year by studying computers... I could help, possibly, maybe! :D If it's in pieces on the floor, probably not, though...

Heheh, yeah. "A few minutes"...

An angry bunny? ORLY??!! ∞ LINK ∞ Come on, you had to know that one was coming. xD

Did Pseudo talk about high reactives and low reactives on this site, or were you reading his dA blog, or did you just happen to use that phrase? I'm fairly high reactive too. I guess some people would consider it "being fake" but I feel like each variation of the way I act around different people is a valid part of my personality... Glad to know I'm inoffensive and stuff though! (I mean, I do try to be inoffensive and all, but plenty of people don't seem to realize the kind of impressions they make on others, and I am one of those people).

And I'm writing this a day late! There was a hamster funeral. u_u

Alright, I posted a response. I'm not sure why you need to ask for responses though. People take time to do things, and not every thread is going to get responses... it's unfortunate, but true. Many threads aren't particularly active... But you really don't need to push it too hard. Just relax a little. You're stuff is fine, just let it be for a while and see how it goes. :)

No, it's quite alright. It's not a bother at all, but I'm afraid I can't really be of much help at the moment.

I don't actually have a deviant art account, and I don't really know how to negotiate the site, so I checked to see if I could find what you were talking about, but I'm not really sure which thing you were referring to.

I probably should get a deviant art page. Uhm, could you give me a direct link to the thing you mean?

Ah, well it is actually quite interesting. The animation is actually pretty good and such, and it all made sense. I'd say it all went together pretty well and such, it was rather interestingly compiled and such. Myes. YAY KILLIAN! YOU'RE HERE! I must tell the others so we can make an organized assault on your userpage, bombarding you with welcomes of all shapes and sizes until you explode with comments and you respond to all of them and someone accuses you of being a spammer and you have to slow down a bit! Also yay run on sentences! :D

I haven't talked to you much in a long time though! How have you been? Have you decided to get a pug? How is donating blood going for you? How about knitting?(You knit, right?) Also school! School is a thing! I'm not actually asking about it, mind, I'm just stating that it is a thing! Also, how's school?

If you have any questions about the site, I might be able to help you a little bit maybe possibly kinda-sorta... but I must admit, I'm kinda at a loss on some of the features. o_O This site is... less decorative than the old one.(WHERE ARE ALL THE FANCY BACKGROUND PICTURES! BAGH! To be honest, the only pictures at all are the avatars, the occasional thing Pseudo posts on his blog, and these bloody stupid adds for vampires and such.(Implying that a vampire is sexy? Okay... so... being an undead mass-murdering cannibalistic servant of Satan is sexy now? Alright. Remind me not to get a "sexy" girlfriend then.)

But yes! Feel free to ask me if you don't understand something, and please tell me how you've been and such! Also.. *THROWS PUG* THAT IS A PUG FOR YOU TO SQUEEZE, OR AT LEAST IMAGINE SQUEEZING! YAY PUGS!

Hey! Yeah, I'm really looking forward to the assault on my user page, and then we'll all watch WhoamI come after me again. He'll say something like "Don't I know you from somewhere else? That name sounds vaguely familiar..."

Sadly, I haven't chosen to take on the responsibility of getting a pug yet, I'm not sure I could handle it's pugginess. The blood thing isn't going too well though... Unfortunately I tried to give platelets recently and it didn't work out so well. The guy taking my blood couldn't get any because supposedly the needle was up against the side of my vein, so he had to move the needle. The downside of this is that in doing this he caused my vein to swell up tO the point of not being able to get anything out of it. Needless to say, they put me on the deferral list and now I can't donate for eight weeks (not including the time that has elapsed since). Also, I missed out on the shirt! :'C

I just got out of school Friday the 25th of May, and then I graduated on the 31st. I'm now job hunting for summer work and I attend what virtually amounts to community college in the fall. Also, I head out to California for a week in July as a graduation present! Yay!

P.S. I would NEVER tell you not to get a sexy girlfriend. ;3

I dunno. He might remember you, but if so, he'll be all like "Hey, blah blah blah pugs are amazing! Blah blah blah..."... oh wait... nope. That's just how I read everything.

No, you misspelled "pudginess". You can't handle all of a pug's pudginess.(Yes, their fat. They are fat little hobbits.[Yes, apparently pugs are now hobbits or something.])

AWE! :( You shouldn't try giving just platelets, methinks. A lot of people have bad reactions to it. A lot of people that just give platelets seem to get sicker than the ones who give regular blood.

Ah, well. I had a similar experience. Y'see, after my first donation, I wanted to donate again. I scheduled for the next blood drive, which was on Valentine's day. Well, I had a sore throat, and they said I couldn't donate because I might be getting a cold.(They could have told me that before I waited for over an hour. >_>) As you can imagine, I became hyper-depressed, and they were right about me getting a cold... one that I lacked the will to fight consciously or subconsciously, so my body had to act without psychological help, so needless to say, it took me about two and a half weeks to get over that cold. Eventually though, I got better. There was one appointment my mom made for me, but I had already made an appointment at school for a few days later.(This was a while after I was better from the cold.) so I didn't go to the one my mom scheduled for me, since it was so far out of the way, and I was gonna go to the school one a few days later anyway. Well, then I got poison ivy. REAAAALLLY BAD POISON IVY! I have an intense reaction to that stuff. o_o Suffice it to say, I don't think it's fitting to stick a needle through a sack of poison ivy goo, so I was out of luck there. 2 donations missed. The poison got worse and worse, and I had to go to the doctor. They gave me medication, antibiotics for an ear infection I didn't know I had and steroids for the poison ivy. I believe I missed another donation opportunity while I had the medications. Then after that, my dad and I were driving around and we saw a sign for a blood donation that happened to be that day. I was sure I couldn't donate, since I had been on medication 3 days before, but when I asked them, they said it was fine, since I wasn't still on the medication. Huzzah! I got to donate blood! I only missed, like, 2-3 appointments!(That's still 2-3 more than I'd like to miss.)

Interestingly, despite these being at COMPLETELY different locations, it was the same staff. How do I know? I recognized one of the cute girls that worked there.(Was she a nurse? I dunno. Do you have to be a nurse to harvest blood?) I remember having cracked a joke to her, saying "I'm fine with donating the blood, as long as it doesn't go to satisfying the absurd hunger of some tweenaged girls' obsession with Twilight." and she laughed, saying how stupid that movie was, and I informed her than I saw about 15 minutes of it on a kinda bet/dare with my brother. For the record, it was intensely boring, and I still can't fathom why people think it's so cool to try to hook up with a 300 year old cannibal corpse that murders tonnes of people and is in eternal servitude to Satan. But this is supposed to be the paragraph about donating blood, not about vampires!

Uhm... Oh yeah! School! I'm really almost done with high school work. Y'know, since I started university early and I'm ending high school late since the university studies slowed me down etc. That being said, I have 35 college credits, many of which are in geoscience, so I'm actually kind of glad that I stayed behind.(My school district was paying for that, which I'd say is a plus... though I had to pay in my own way for it to get to the point that they were paying for it.) Anyway, I only have a test left in high school stuff, and then I'm done with high school. It's kinda sad, actually, since I've been working with the same 2 teachers for about 4 years now... *sighs in memory* They're good teachers, and good people. Myus. Also, they're able to tolerate my extremely odd behaviour, and behave odd themselves, so that's a real plus!(Few people understand that being odd is better than being cool.)

Anyhow, yes! I hope to get a summer job too. Perhaps I'll work at the local grocery store? I had a dream last night that the place I worked at last fall got destroyed somehow. How? A tornado, I think. The point is, I don't think I'll be working there again, since they haven't contacted me since I asked them if they'd need me back since I'm still technically employed with them and they had signs up for "employees needed" stuffs.(I bet you're wondering how the point of my dream could have been that, and you may even be thinking that you missed something, like me saying that my dream was correct and that it actually was destroyed, hence the point being that I won't work there again. In actuality, I'm simply making things confusing. The place is still there, still being what it's being. And not bloody well hiring me back. >_>)

Well thanks for not telling me to not get a sexy girlfriend... I think... but if a sexy girlfriend is a vampire, then I'd really prefer not to get a sexy girlfriend. I rather hate vampires, I think. I mean, if they aren't actually harming people, I'd just keep a holy water super-soaker aimed at their heads, but if they were even being slightly aggressive, I'd really be one to destroy them.(The whole concept of the undead really unnerves me.)

xD Oh David, you remind me of the comic Peanuts. When all the parents speak, all the kids hear is "whah-whah, whah-whah whah-whah-whah whah, whah whah-whah whah-whah." Sound like anyone you know? Tee-hee...

Well anyway, for the record, I don't only give platelets, bu it's the most common type of donation that I participate in. For the whole blood donation, you have to wait a whole 2 months (technically eight weeks) to donate whole blood again. But if you give whole blood, you are eligible to give platelets two weeks later, and two weeks after that, etc. So for every whole blood donation that I do, I can donate platelets three times (The fourth would be the same eligibility date as whole blood, so naturally I would give whole blood instead... and then start up on platelets donations again! :D). I obviously didn't have quite as hard of a time as you did apparently, goodness! Colds, poison ivy, ear infections, medications, you really got a nice big dose of Murphy's Law on this one! (Anything that can go wrong, will go wrong, and in the worst possible way.) <-- I believe that is the official law, I'd have to look it up, but that was just off the top of my head. Also! Yes, usually the same people will show up to work blood drives in completely different locations because they are all employed in the same... what to call it, franchise? So they are dispatched to various locations and often they correlate with each other, hence the seeing the same staff in completely different locations. And I have absolutely no idea what credentials you need to 'harvest' blood...

But school! Yes, it exists! And you're almost done with high school, that's great! Talk to me about the college credits, tell me what the deal is with that. How long did it take you to earn 35 credits? Is that a terribly impressive number? Were they all in geoscience? Because that is quite a great deal of knowledge in one specific field. I bet some of them had to be gen-eds, right? ^_^

Wow, you have some crazy dreams. You should tell them to Alex, he loved it when I told him my crazy dreams, because he doesn't have any supposedly. Myerp. A bit more on topic (have I even established a topic yet in this paragraph? I don't recall doing so, maybe I'm just being unreasonable...), I live like 5 minutes driving and 20 minutes biking from an outlet mall. Considering that I need a job very badly, and it's so close to where I live, I went to customer support to see if they could tell me which places in the mall were hiring. And I'm sitting there with a pen and paper ready to pull an Agnes Gooch (Auntie Mame reference, sorry I couldn't help it... She's like a secretary type occupation, and she jots down everything Mame says incredibly fast because Mame is writing a book, and... Oh just watch it some time. It's really old, and it stars Rosalind Russell) and then she just hands me this printed list! I'm thinking two things at this point; I really need a map to plot out a course and visit all these places, and SCORE!! So I came hoke with about 15 applications, and I feel pretty good about getting called back by at least one of the places... Myeppers.

So yes, I will make a distinction here. Get a sexy girlfriend, not a "sexy" girlfriend. 'Nuff said.

"Senbonzakura. You talk too much."(I'm just kidding, by the way. It's just that you never cease to amaze me with your -liness when you comment. IT IS ONE OF YOUR BETTER QUALITIES THAT MAKES YOU SO MUCH FUN TO TALK TO!!!! ) Also, er... that line was from the anime version of Bleach. Myus.(By the way, you do not talk too much. You talk not enough. )

Uhm... YOU WERE SAYING PUGS TALK LIKE THAT! By the way, I love Peanuts! ^_^ Anyway, when pugs talk, all I hear is "Boof boof boof boof boof!" and then they get angry when I mock them. By they, I just mean Patty, since she's the only one who's speaking English, but she has a rather thick accent, and she *hates* how we make fun of her, and we can't understand a word she says. So she stares daggers at us until we shut up.

Well I suppose it makes sense then that you'd donate platelets like that, but I still dislike the whole complexity of it, and I'd prefer to simply donate whole blood. What I don't get is that they have "prizes" for blood donors, and you can enter to win these prizes. Why? I don't even bother entering. Why do I need an iPad for my blood?(Also, why does my spellcheck recognize "iPad"?) I thought the point of *donating* was not to get something in return... though the juice and cookies are pretty good. ^_^

Yes, I have heard of Murphy's Law... I'd say it accurately sums up the situation, and yes, you accurately described it.

Well I figured they simply had the same staff in different locations, but this was a pretty large range. They were ~50 miles from the other place... then again, I think the regional Red Cross centre is in my home town, which was about 35 miles from the further of the two places. Anyway, they're having a blood drive relatively soon in my hometown, so YAY! Also, World Blood Donor Day is coming up! It's the 14th of June, when they thank everyone for being awesome, sexy beasts and donating blood without getting paid in return! Huzzah!(It'd be nice if they could write off blood donations on taxes, or at the very least, health insurance costs... but as long as health insurance is controlled by private companies, they're going to keep charging lots of money for it, and cut off whatever discounts they can. >_>)

Would you believe me if I told you that, although your blood is a lot more useful than mine, apparently mine is rarer. o_O Apparently, A- blood is not very common at all, being only about 6.3% of the US population, whereas O- is about 6.6% of the population. Ah, well. It's still meaningless. Perhaps it means I'm a pug though?

Oh I do have crazy dreams. I like to tell them to Dreamgawd, though, since she is the gawd of dreams. Then she tells me her dreams, and I tell her she's obsessed with butts, and somehow I link the dream to butts.(Sometimes it's not that hard either. XD)

Well I wish you luck in getting a job! Hopefully you'll get something that doesn't bore/annoy you! ^_^ Also, hopefully I will get a sexy girlfriend, but not a "sexy" girlfriend!

Finally, I'd like to say this! This year my family and I will hopefully be able to go on vacation! Huzzah! Honestly, we haven't really had the chance for the past couple of years to go on a good vacation, so this year we're planning on going to Franklin, North Carolina and looking for rubies and sapphires and pugs, OH MY!

Also, Kelly Clarkson ROCKS! *what doesn't kill you makes you STRONG-ER! STAND A LITTLE TALLER! DOESN'T MEAN I'M LONELY WHEN I'M ALONE!*

Just for the record, I think we can all agree that senbonzakura kageoshi, Byakuya Kuchiki's bankai, is simply way cooler than his shikai. But then, whose bankai ISN'T cooler than their shikai, really? I mean just think how cool Izuru Kira's bankai would have been... Also, I dabbled in Bleach once upon a time! :D

You're right, donating blood IS a bit too complex sometimes... Did you know that in England you're only allowed to donate blood every SIX MONTHS?? It's totally crazy, only donating twice a year would drive me insane! I would say, though, that the prizes are a perk. Funny story, one time I gave platelets and it put my Total Blood Donated count up to one gallon. The lady at the front desk gave me this license plate thing that said "01 Gallon Donor" on it, and then she said "Would you like a t-shirt?"
So I said "Sure, which ones do you have in a small?"
"Well we have this cancer research one..."
"Oh, I have that one already, do you have any others?"
"Sure, we have the football theme one..."
"Nope, have that one too."
"What about the summer one with these really pretty surfboa--"
"Yep, I have that one too."
"Okay, how about this beach towe--"
"Have it."
"The sanda--
"Yeah, have those too."
"Do you have this cup from a whil--"
"Yup."
"What about the Saint Patrick's Day sh--"
"Yup."
*obviously frustrated at me having all of their trinkets already* "Gosh girl, is there anything you DON'T have?!?!"
"Uhhh..."
"What about this grocery bag?!"
"...Oooh, that's cool, sure! :D"
"Great, here you go, it's our last one. -__-"
(Yay for randomly turning this into conversation format! :D!) Also, yes, it makes sense that your blood type is technically more rare than mine is, I believe that all O- donors get together and have a meeting a few days out of the year, they must have to book an entire hotel or something, but I think they all get together to talk about how they must procreate to have more O- people in the world, because we're just oh so important. Quoting someone very wise here, yay for run-on sentences! But yes, there's always a lot of coffee and such... oh wait, that's Lutheran's, just kidding. I don't know what I'm saying anymore! Somehow a joke about how we O- people think we're so much better that other donors turned into a run-on sentence, which consequently turned into a Lutheran joke, and I have no idea how it happened! It's not like I had any clear transitions or anything, it's like my fingers just had diarrhea all over my keyboard... It's rather disgusting really... Anyways, I'm glad you're an A-, because even though you're a rare blood type, you're an even rarer donor. The statistics on "the amount of people with each blood type" are vastly different from the statistics on "what percentage of people with each blood type actually actively donate." Think of how few people donate already, it's worse numbers than the voter turnout for the presidential election! And assuming that those numbers correlate directly with your 6.3% of the population who are A-, then less that 3% of the people in the united states are active A- blood donors. That's pretty scary, if you really think about it. Also! I apologize for my math explosion up there, I couldn't help myself, really. I'm the math wizz, it's what I do.

Wow! That's really cool that you can finally have a vacation! That's totally weird that it'll be in NC, is Franklin anywhere near Raleigh? Because one of my grandmas owns property up there, so she's taking my mom up with her this summer so they can spend some time together patching things up. If it's anywhere near Raleigh, I might be ale to shanghai a ride and take a trip to see you! THAT WOULD BE SO AWESOME!!! I actually want to met you really badly, I bet you don't deserve all the self-deprecation you subject yourself to. Also, you're a really cool person to talk to, so how bad could you really be in the grand scheme, right? :D I don't even care anymore, I just want to see you! Darn, now I've psyched myself up... But that's good, because it shows how totally awesome you are!! <3

Eh, I don't think so. Senbonzakura kageyoshi is just... more pinkiness... unless you're thinking about his Senkei? Then there are other, equally confusing words to describe the other steps.(There's his Shikai, which is just the 1000 cherry blossum things, then there's the Bankai, which is even more cherry blossums, then there are 3 special skills from his Bankai.) Besides, I personally think Ichigo's Shikai is way cooler than his Bankai, since his Bankai just a little sword thing, and his permanent shikai is a giant cleaver thing! o_O Also, I'm wondering what Rukia's Bankai must be if her Shikai is what she does with the ice stuffs... I dunno.(I've only seen the first 256 episodes of the Anime, and I've never seen the subbed version or the manga. I only know of the English Dubbed episodes. )

Butyes! I suppose those little gifts are incentive and times and such... perhaps pugs?! Yes, pugs. Since everything is pugs.

That conversation certainly does seem awkward! I suppose, though, this proves the saying "What can you get for the girl who has every blood donor T-shirt?"(I don't think that's quite how the saying goes... Mno.)

Oh, O, O-... Uh... pugs? Pugs. Puppy. Uhm... Ohyes! I do kinda like the idea of an O- meeting of people to talk about procreating and such... OHMAHGAWD! I JUST CAME UP WITH AN IDEA THAT COULD WORK! An internet dating site for people with rare blood types! IT COULD TOTALLY WORK! I mean, if they have an internet dating site for farmers, I think one for people with rare/useful blood types could work. "We match you based on compatibility of your blood types." AND YOU WOULDN'T EVEN NEED TO CHARGE PEOPLE TO JOIN, LIKE OTHER SITES DO! YOU WOULD MAKE TONNES OF MONEY FROM THE ADDS ALONE! $_$

Erm... Lutherans and coffee? What kinds of Lutherans have *you* been hanging out with?!?! The Lutherans I know would *never* do something as exciting and revolutionary and not-from-the-dark-ages as drinking coffee! O_O (Or perhaps "._O" would be more fitting?) But diarrhea from your fingers? That's... nice. Whatever it was, make sure you wash your hands. XD No, seriously though, I know what you're saying, but the way I see it is that it's not your fingers, since your fingers are the tools of your mind. No. It's brain diarrhea. It's related to brain farts, but instead, brain diarrhea. Do you want more elaboration? Okay: It's like a brain fart, but then is brain diarrhea. Also, it accidentally the whole verb.

UGH! MATHS!!!! NAAAAAY! So loik, erm... I HATE MATH! Ah, well. Such is the means of crumbling sweet biscuits.

Unfortunately, it's 250 miles away from Raleigh, as the crow flies. That's a fairly large distance. It's actually on the other side of the state. Also, it may interest you to know that I'm extremely lazy when it comes to meeting people! :P I need to work on that. I mean, SaviourSepiroth was thinking about coming to the US from Kiwiland(New Zealand) and coming to PA to meet me and Mimette. Oddly enough, Mimette only lives about 20 miles from my school and neither of us bothered to even try to meet each other. Also, apparently there was another Fig Hunter who was actually in one of my brother's classes. o_o I never met the person, but it seems there's a grand total of ~3 fig hunter's from Pennsylvania. ._.

Anyway, I feel I should also inform you that my self deprecation is most likely rather an underestimate of how bonkers I am and such. Also pugs, but not too much, lest they get in your Lutheran coffee.

I love this idea of blood donor dating, it's absolutely perfect! David, you're such a genius! How did no one put this into effect sooner? We could run it together, it would be amazing! You, me, and a bunch of pugs! It would be sheer gloriousness, myep.

Also! That sucks about it being so far away... I was really looking forward to meeting up with you. But! You and I can skype instead... do you have one? You should, they're fantastic! Plus, as long as you have a webcam, we can video call each other!! :D! Also, you could just let a pug skype for you instead, that would almost be equally cool. ;P

Hello there! O.o'
I'm just wondering what made you change your temperament, since I remember from before that it was slightly different. And "slightly different" here means actually "polar opposite".
So yes, since I remember you believing that temperament can change due to some major experiences in life, and that your previous temperament was caused by something really really bad, does it mean that something really really good happened recently? Of course, if you don't mind me asking. ^^'

You are correct that I previously had listed as my temperament, but my reasoning for it isn't anywhere near as cool or interesting as you may have thought.

I simply changed what my temperament said out of... I suppose you could call it protest... I really hate the whole temperament system, to be honest, and I've never liked it. Why? I don't think it adequately covers everything. I certainly don't think it's as good as the element system. I mean, the fact that I literally test as being equally and means that or don't adequately describe me, and the fact that Pseudo says a often shows many of the characteristics of a but should not be confused for them... I think that shows a fault in the temperament system. Not to mention people are going to form unfair biases about you based on your temperament, or based on other people Pseudo says are your temperament.(Despite Pseudo saying that Rohoph is , both and and especially people are loyal, honest and devoted, even if it's not to the right cause. If that were true, Rohoph wouldn't be such a dick to his friends and he certainly wouldn't have both lied and broke a promise to Qualna.) Thinks like that Rohoph thing would make you think people are monsters! To add fuel to the fire, Pseudo claims that a is more likely to be sadistic and enjoy the pain of others, but that's just a rather hurtful generalization! I despise pain, and even when I hate someone very much, I could never wish pain on them.

My point is that the system is flawed and bias and rather annoying. Plus the symbols aren't all that pretty, and Pseudo is calling Supine "Phlegmatic" and misrepresenting phlegmatic!(Phlegmatics are actually simply cold, blank and emotionless, whereas supine is more like the phlegmatic Pseudo describes...)

So until either Pseudo brings back the elements in some way or he gets rid of the temperaments or he literally makes me change either by direct criticism, new rules or actually changing it himself, I will continue to misrepresent my temperament.

...All that being said, I think I act enough that newer members wouldn't think it *wasn't* my temperament! o_O (Seriously, would you have thought I was a if you hadn't known of my actions from years ago?)

Hmm, ever since I heard you talk about the whole protest action, I've been sort of wanting to reply, but I either found myself not being in the right mood to reply, not having the time to reply, or not being engaged in FH at the moment... But it seems I am all three right now!

Hmm, I guess I'll start with the temperaments thing. I do really see where a lot of those complaints about vagueness, people being biased and certain blends sounding unappealing come from, and I do agree with those three complaints, but to me, that's not really as much a fault of the temperament system itself, more of the way it's presented to us. Most of these complaints are basically flaws in the temperaments page as it's written, probably because there's only one person behind all the text, who is , which means that and descriptions do tend to be less useful, being hyperbolic, or assumptive and the like. And there's also some of the primarily blends, which were apparently written in haste and not as deep as previous ones. I also am of the opinion that the blends and temperament descriptions can get too descriptive, applying the whys in ways that can confuse people who fit the why but not their application... I kinda see why people would think of the temperaments more as whats rather than whys.

But I don't think that these are problems with the system itself. I'd say that if the page would be rewritten with more care and accuracy, that most of those problems would go away. The Temperaments curio does say that it's being rewritten, so I hope that Pseudo will end up improving on the page! Would you stop your protest if a rewritten and better page was created? You didn't list that as one of the things to make you end your protest. o.o

Hmm, now about the thing... I do agree that the blend's description sounds unpleasant, but I see that more as a problem with the representation of the blend, not the idea of the blend itself. I choose myself to assume people aren't sadistic and the like.

About Rohoph, I don't see the problem. About being a dick to his friends, well, if you mean Elwyen and Mardek's allies, then I wouldn't call that him being dickish to friends since they're not even his friends. If it's about the Council members, well, we never got much info about how much they were friends, or how loyal Rohoph was to the Council in the first place, he even seems to me like he wasn't on friendly terms, considering how he treated Moric. o.o

About him lying and being deceitful, well, I see this as him being loyal to his ideals of freeing Ashnar of the Dark element (Eek, elements!), in fact, his extreme loyalty to his ideas would turn him against his honesty as a Lawful/Light, person. He is devoted, and he is loyal, but it seems that he applies these traits to his ideal to rid Ashnar of Dark and the GdM, not to friends and the like. Him being a dick to Mardek's allies comes from paranoia, probably, and him not wanting love plots and betrayal to disturb his plans. You could see this all as totally un-, but it could just as easily be a good fit as well.

I can't really say much about you 'testing' as much as and . What kind of test was it? I don't think that online tests are all that accurate, since they tend to be really obvious and someone could easily just choose options that they want themselves to be, over what they're actually like and such...

And I do like the symbols, yay!

One thing I just didn't get was comparing the temperaments to the elements (I'm assuming you mean the Fig-verse elements)... That just made no sense to me. What do the elements and temperaments even have in common? Temperaments seem to me to be more to explain why someone does something, their motivation and why they do things, the way they think and approach things. Elements just seem like a combination of a few traits. One could say that in general, Fire corresponds to , but I could really mix it with the the other temperaments too, despite, or maybe because Fire is so shallow. o.o

How are these combinations of a few traits useful, really? I never really got it.
Fire is passionate and devoted... Uh, and that's it, I think? One could just use the Ten Words to say you're passionate and devoted. I don't see any good application for this, it's just a few traits, why give those few traits a label? You could say you're Fire, yes, but why not just say you're passionate and devoted instead?!
And then there's Water being 'beautiful'? That just confuses me, what is beautiful anyway?
And Light and Dark are pretty much altruistic plus nice and egotistic plus jerk. (Even though lots of Light people in MARDEK are jerks. Then again, most people in Figverse are jerks, I guess)
Ether seems to be the one of balance, and yet it's also very rare, it seems. Uh, I guess, yay? But you could also just say you're a Balanced person, I guess.
I'm not even bothering with Fig and the like, since those all seem like mystical stuffs, not really applicable to personalities. o.o
I just don't really see the use of all this. It was rather nice aesthetically, and served for a good game-play element in the games, and you could very basically apply them to people, but it seems infinitely less useful than using terms to describe people's way of thinking, their whys and motivations, things we don't really have easy words for, unlike the collections of traits we can easily name.

Oh, and about the whole supine thing... Uh, the way you word it, I cannot help but think that you think that A β Pseudolonewolf doesn't know about Supine and the five-temperament system? (He does, by the way) I personally don't see the use of the Five-temp- temperament. I mean, it's a blank slate? I don't really see how that system is more useful or accurate than Pseudo's... So you saying Pseudo is misrepresenting things seems wrong to me, and I also don't like how you're so seemingly certain that you know the way temperaments works better than Pseudo, who spent like years thinking about it... The system Pseudo uses isn't the five-temperaments idea, he's not misrepresenting anything, in my opinion.

And, uh, to end this ridiculously long post, I am interested in how you expect your protest to end up. I don't really see how it'd really impact or change much, since I have seen other members set joke temperaments, which didn't really cause much, aside from a confused look from time to time... Oh, and I can see why people might assume you're when you're fooling around! I think people in general might associate being silly and stuff with being , although humour isn't really a thing decided by temperaments and such, if you ask me.

One other alternative if you wished to pursue it is simply remove your temperaments, so that when people look for them, they see nothing. I think Scintilla has done this, as there are no temperaments present on her profile. It probably is better than the misrepresentation, at least from a rule point of view, but I think if you wish to change them, do it IF it helps you. (I.e, doing this for positive reasons)

Also, if nothing else...your cover is blown the moment a user takes time to read your comments.

First off, I'm not actually pretending to be another temperament, I'm just saying I am on the little symbol thing, even though it should be more than obvious to most of them that I'm not .

Second off, I'm trying to actively say I oppose the use of the temperaments, not to simply say that I don't think they fit me.(My temperament isn't too far off, so it's not the fit on me that I hate, it's the whole idea of the temperaments that I loathe.)

Third, there isn't a rule, to the best of my knowledge, saying that I have to be accurate about my temperament, and even then, it's based on interpretation and perspective. For all I know I could be . I'm not actually breaking any rules, so "from a rule point of view" I'm not doing anything wrong.

Finally, I'm not hiding anything. I don't have a "cover" or anything, I have my temperaments set up with the intention of people knowing that I changed them *because* I don't like them. I actually want *more* people to notice, since this is actually more likely to show that I hate the temperaments if people actually notice it.

Our conversation thing ended. D: I don't like it when conversaton things end. So I think we should make a new one! About pugs! And donuts! And 42! And really long run-on sentences like this one or that one that you have at the start of your bio that I should really read somethime or another! And more 42! And stuff!
So yes. I think we should start a conversation thing. I don't know why. I just do. Maybe it's because you have a lot of conversation things with a bunch of people and I'm not one of them. So yes. Uh... How are you or something like that.

Well I'm doing quite fine, I suppose! I just finished my senior project today finally... it's a high school thing, and it's rather annoying. >_> Suffice it to say though, since I have such a complex schedule compared to normal students, I'm actually going to be smoothing things out rather shortly, and this is one more cause of stress that I don't have to worry about as much anymore! Huzzah!

Aside from that, I recently finished yet another semester at University, so now I have sophomore status and such, and I'll be a full time student with a declared major in Geosciences! More huzzah!

Since none of that was in plain American-English though, basically I'm finishing up high school and well into college studies! YAY!

So now I'm on break! YAY VACATION! B) (That smiley is a dude with sunglasses... but it still never looks quite right to me... I'm not sure why.)

But how have you been? Have you done anything exciting recently? Also pugs! YAY! And donuts! Actually, CtG gets all huffy when people call them donuts because he thinks they're made of dough, not do, but then I question him on whether they deserve to be called "nut" of any kind and then he shuts up... or maybe I'm just imagining that argument? All I know is that people argue over the proper name. Personally? I think they're donuts. Why? America runs on Dunkin. Dunkin Donuts spells it donut, so why shouldn't we?

Anyway! Aside from the name argument, I think we can all agree that donuts are simply awesomeness! I don't blame donuts for my chunkiness, I blame myself *eating* donuts.(BUT THEY ARE SOOOOO GOOD! THEY WERE TOTALLY WORTH THE EXTRA POUNDS!) I love the iced ones, especially with strawberry frosting. I know it sounds strange, but I love artificial strawberry flavouring, and I don't like natural strawberry quite as much. The same goes for watermelon, except I really don't care at all for watermelons themselves... just things that are flavored like them.

So anyway, aside from all that, I'd say I'm doing pretty good! It's all pugs for me here! How are you?

Huzzah! Being fine is better than fine! It means you're not exploding into little bacon pieces! And we've really both seemed to have dealt with annoying school projects! Myes!
HUZZAH! Also, I finished an annoying civil rights paper! Myes! Huzzah!
YAY VACATION! I have so little school left, I can almost smell vacation! It sort of smells like strawberries!

I've actually gone to that chatroom on this new site! Oh yes, and reading fig comics. And TvTropes. Otherwise, mno, nothing in particular. Also, I am in a particularly Sanguine mood that will probably be ruined by school today. Just a hunch. (I think that looks rather odd too... but not really as much as <3. <3 always made no sense to me.)

Donuts, of course, have become a particularly almighty food in my school. Unfortunately, not fig flavored ones. Or pug flavored ones.
I sorta just spell 'em that way because spelling doughnut just gets annoying and spelling donut is fun. :)

I know, donuts ARE AWESOME! I think all donuts rule planets except for jelly filled ones... I particularly love glazed, but iced ones are also awesome. Myes. I believe YALORT created donuts as showing that we truly are adequate. And, uh, Anu created jelly filled ones. Myes. Also, All Hail YALORT!

I'm bathing in a hot bathtub with sunglasses on and a ton of donuts. And sweet, sexy, ladies. Myes. It's up to you to believe whether that's true or not.

Yes, it truly sucks to explode into bacon bits. o_O(Apparently that happens to me a lot... or something.)

It's always grand to finish a paper or a project, isn't it? I really hate it when teachers try to cram ideas down your throat. When I was a kid, I really didn't like when they gave me civil rights projects and told me that I *had* to agree with them. >_> Now days, I *do* agree with them, but forcing me to agree didn't help... or work... because I was very opposed to civil rights when it was shoved down my throat like that.(I suppose it's not the civil rights, so much as it is the cramming down my throat that I disliked.)

Anyway, yes! I haven't been to the chatroom too much. I've never been a huge fan of it because I never have the time to think. Mno. That's... that's rather unfortunate. But! Luckily I always have comments and forum posts and such! Huzzah~!

School was always my least favourite part of growing up. I hated school. I hated the principles the most, but in all fairness, most of them were... odd people.(You have to be a little messed up in the head if you think that you have "power" by controlling every facet of the daily life of numerous little kids who have no say in it. The people who try to become elementary school teachers are people who like to assert their control over children, since children are the only people they *can* "control".)

I've never had much fig flavoured... well... *anything*. I've had fig newtons, and that's about it. o_o I'd like to try more fig flavoured stuff, but it seems figs are in short supply here.

The truth is, I never really liked the jelly filled donuts, nor do I really like the creme filled or even the peanut butter filled ones. I also don't like the chocolate covered ones, but that's because I think chocolate is best on it's own... or in milk.(YAY CHOCOLATE MILK! ^_^) Glazed donuts are awesome, but I never much liked how sticky they were.(I'm a bit obsessive compulsive when it comes to being sticky.) But frosted donuts are always nice! They aren't sticky, except on the top, but you don't hold them by the top! They're so good! I always loved them most when they had sprinkles. I know that other people think it's childish, but I still loved sprinkles on my donuts and ice cream and such. Mmmm! :)

Hmm... Well, I suppose there's really no reason for me *not* to believe you, so I suppose you really *are* in a bathtub with sexy ladies and donuts and sunglasses, and perhaps a pug or two. I dunno.

It does? Then there must be... A billion mini bacon david s' or something! Yes! O_o

Myes, cramming stuff down one's throat is never pleasent. Unless it's popcorn, which I'm eating right now. And the thing that really annoyed me is how I was trying really hard and it was still late.

I didn't go to the chatroom at all on the old site for reasons that I do not wish to speak of in public... But I suppose the new site's chat is somehow different in some way! Yes! Huzzah for comments!

Eh... I have a good principle and nice teachers. Except those annoying helper teachers. It appears that not having a specific job in the teaching buisness is reason enough for them to stink at their jobs. Honestly, what moron would waste 5 perfectly good minutes wasting not recess, not art, but REGULAR CLASS TIME over a bunch of stairs? Oh, and I was sort of right. I was nearly drawn to tears at the start of the day, but I was insanely happy for the rest of the day for some reason. O_o

I've never had much figgy stuff either. I stopped eating fig newtons quite a while ago, and I haven't eating fig flavored food since.

I hate donuts with any filling in them, and the only chocolate I'd have on them is 'chocolate' frosting or the occasional chocolate glazed. Myes, Chocolate milk is amazing. Only problem is, most of the chocolate milk I have goes stale after a minute, so I have to drink fast. Also, CARAMEL. Caramel + Chocolate = Delicious. I dislike peanut butter chocolate though. I actually kinda dislike sprinkles. Sure, they're pretty, but they're tasteless. Literally.

Myes. And also YALORT in sexy lady form. I do know how to turn 'em on, don't I? O_o

Ohyes, billions of bacon mes.

Popcorn? Good stuff... it gets stuck in my teeth though. :(

I used to go to the chat on the old site, but then I had some not so great experiences there, so I don't go there anymore all that often. I'll rarely visit anymore.

Oh, assistant teachers were never that great. Once I had a teacher who respected when I didn't want to say the pledge of allegiance, but when the teacher was sick, the assistant teacher, who knew that the teacher allowed me to not say the pledge, forced me to say the pledge anyway. >_>

I'm not a huge fan of caramel... it's usually sticky... and I'm obsessive compulsive about sticky things. Also, peanut butter chocolate? I love it, but my dad doesn't. Ah well.

YALORT as a sexy lady? Mrow... Ohyes, you totally do know how to turn em on, up and everywhere.

I think I saw a crowd of bacon david s' running by the other day. Or was that me, looking in a mirror?

Meh. I always get it out somehow, and it tastes so good it outweighs the cons with the pros so much that last time I put them both on a scale, the cons shot up to the moon!

I had one particular not so great experience in chat on the old site, and didn't go there again. But for some reason, I go to the new site's chat rather often.

If by never that great you mean horrible, I agree. And I don't mean assistant teachers, I mean those wierd teachers that pop up at random times during the school day, and walk around either patrolling to find someone they can annoy with overstrictness on imaginary rules, or going to random kid's desks to 'help' them with their work.

Ugh, the pledge of allegiance. It would be a dream come true if a didn't have to say that bloody pledge with a left handed guy's right hand on his heart, stating things he didn't think were totally true every day.

Eh, I'm fine with sticky things as long as I don't have to put my fingers on them. Except glue. I HATE GLUE. Also, maybe if I could find some peanut butter chocolate that wasn't recces peanut butter cups, I wouldn't think it was absolutely horribly horrible. MAYBE.

Myes. And down. I even turn on dead rotting zombie/skeleton/demon ladies. Mrrow.

Bacon s'. That's what they're called.

Myes, popcorn is rather good, but it's infinitely better when you're watching a movie. *nods head* I always seem to get the burnt bits though and I also get the last unpopped kernels and such, which are hard and chewy, but still taste good. ^_^

Yeah, I had many little bad experiences on oldfigchat and one rather bad one, so I didn't go there for well over a year after that. When I finally did go back, I didn't go there often and I still only rarely visit.

Oh, you mean like that... there was one teacher like that who never really did anything in my middle school... he was watching over the bus stop one day when we were getting off a bus and some kids started riding around me on their bikes. They were calling me "retard!" and "SPED" because I was in the special education class for my... er... anger issues. So they assumed that I was a retard and treated me as such by bullying me the same way they do with those who *are* retarded.(For the record, my IQ was a good 45 points higher than there's... the difference between my IQ and theirs was greater than the difference between theirs and an actual retard's.) Well, this teacher watched this all happen. his job was to prevent such things from happening. What did he do? Absolutely nothing. Not. A. Thing. He just watched. As I walked in, he said "You should just ignore them", like it was nothing! So I called him a bad name and he assigned me detention for it. I didn't serve out that sentence though because I was already in legal trouble for something not related.

My beef with the pledge is that you're pledging your loyalty to a piece of cloth on a stick and the country it represents, a country of freedom, that chooses to force you to pledge loyalty to it. o_O That seems a little... Nationalistic/Authoritarian to me.(Nationalism+Authoritarian=Fascism.)

Aw! I love Reese's Peanut Butter Cups! They're more of a local thing though, I suppose. Hershey's chocolate is one of the things Pennsylvania seems to take pride in. It's rather good, if I do say so myself. :)

Oh? I also seem to turn on undead demon ladies... or at least, that's what these stupid adds for vampire games that keep popping up on this site would like me to think. o_o

Bacon s'! HUZZAH!

Myes. Myes. Myes. Myes. Myes. Myes. Do you think I can't myes more than that? Well I can. Myes.

I had a few bad experiences in oldchat (one of them gave me negative one million EXP! :'( ) and one that... *shudder* Kept me away for 'bout 6 months, never went to oldchat again.

Yeah. What's a SPED? Nothing? AND gave you detention? Worst. Teacher. Ever.

MY beef (or hotdog) with the pledge is that you're telling a piece of cloth that god is specifically *above* us, and it's *impossible* to divide the nation's thoughts about stuffs, and also liberty and justice to *everyone* (Okay, so I kinda agree with that one).

I also like Hershey's chocolate, but I hate Reese's. And glue. And Reese's glue. But that's not real, and for that I am glad. :)

Myes, undead demon ladies. Myes, I presume that they are sexy or something. O_o

FORGET IT! I honestly think I'm going to give up trying to get good "L" ratings. Every post is either too long, too short or both. Seriously, just forget it. I really despise this rating system, even if I *am* able to get a cyan orb.

david... you have 8 negative "L" ratings? As opposed to... 122 positive ones? What... what are you talking about? 93.8 percent of your "L" ratings are positive... that's pretty darn good, my friend. Phenomenal, in fact. A+, as your Performance tab tells you. So, uh, don't let those 8 ratings get you down. You're still A+ quality in my eyes, and apparently the site's too.

The fact remains that I get the negative ratings on posts I didn't expect would get it, and people on this site hate posts that are too long, too short or both, which they can say about many things. I'm not sure how, but people will always manage to complain about something being too much of one thing, then too much of the other thing. "That picth-black tar is too white! IT'S SUCH A DARK WHITE I HATE IT!" >_>

I managed to get 3 -L ratings today. Up until about a week ago, I had 0, it was the only rating that I still had an infinity-0 ratio on. Seeing 8 now is more hurtful than you might think.

Aww, do you really have to be Mr. Grumpy Gills? I know the rating system is flawed, but doesn't everything have flaws? This isn't like you, suddenly complaining like this. Chin up man. You don't have to get good ratings, but please please don't start trolling. Please? I'll still be your friend. Even if the pizza gets cold and I had the last bite, I'd regurgitate it for you. :D

So don't worry, and don't hate on Pseudo. You know he's trying his best. He can't fix everything at once. He's already changed the FLIGS system twice anyway...

I'm not hating on Pseudo, and I would have been more hesitant to vent here, but I already vented on Facebook and that wasn't enough venting, so I had to come here.

This rating system is full of flaws and loopholes, it's a lot like the HP system.(Heck, it even has the +/- values! There was a reason Pseudo did away with that.)
