If you look more closely, you'll see she both hates and likes it, the reason to which is also explained on her page.

I picked the third option. I wasn't exactly raised to have a good sense for money, but I certainly am less materialistic or greedy. Living expenses + consoles and games + nest egg, more I don't need.
Of course it is also important to have enough spare time, for the second to be reasonable. That triangle could be expanded to a rectangle.
Also, depending on how "enjoyable" a job really is, I'd be willing to give up some of the legality and gaining a bit more money instead, who does not want to nibble from the forbidden fruit?

This could be another side effect together with fast aging.
Either healing has no side effects, or it is as you say.

I haven't seen many JRPG's which put effort into tumour research (none, to be exact) and few into anatomy. I guess nobody came up with that idea yet. But there we have another reason, why you find so few old veteran heroes, they were lucky enough to get the good kind of tumour.

Tiny €dit: What would be a more convinient way to deal with an enemy? Casting 100 times heal on him with a minimal chance of giving him a maybe even not deadly tumour, or burn him with with one gigantic fireball?

My theory on healing in video games is that it speeds up the biotic processes within the body, making wounds heal faster when alive (I guess it'll shorten your life span too, unless it somehow prevents the aging effect of cells).
When (un)dead on the other hand, there is no cell regeneration, only decay, so speeding up that would do damage instead of healing.
I can't really explain how Necromancy counteracts that, but I guess it has found a way. It just makes sense, doesn't it?

I see it does work a little different in MARDEK though. It is either just based on the Elements, like DarthKitty and Seiryuu said, or A β Pseudolonewolf screwed up.

I'm not really sure, if we should consider the balcony as a room decoration, I mean it's not even in the room per se.
Anyways, this is what I prefer nontheless. A fireplace maybe wouldn't be so bad either, but I'm used to the lack of warmth in my room and would even miss it.
But why not anything else except the balcony? Heck, it's work!
There's no way I'm going to water a plant (Pet Cactus' are handy, aren't they?) or feed some fish! I've got other important stuff to do, like fighting my own lethargy. D:
The fireplace has to be set up first, too. And it's dirty.
I like my room like my ramen - plain and simple.

Concerning your "nurture thing":
I'd see this mentioned gene example not as a +1STR, but rather as a +1STR per level! On the long term this is already a big difference compared to one who only gets a +1STR after three level each, genetic diversity at their best. So yes, a person B is in Level 4 stronger than a person A in level 1, but the first three levels are easy to obtain, no matter how your EXP-gauge rises.

This already imposes some kind of fate on people. Some are never meant so be scientists, others aren't meant to be athletics. And genes not only influence talents as we figured out. You may want to counter your hot temper and it might work to a certain extent, but it is most probable you won't get rid of it. (At least not without side effects like e.g. compulsion neuroses.)

I define existence by two statements:
"I think, therefore I am." and
"I am how others (objectively) view me."
We have consciousness, we have morals, both things that set us apart from inferior life forms. We are able to make decisions.
Now some may argue god gave them to us in his neverending grace, but I think people here will just consider it an evolutionary flaw. All based on genes.

So genes decide how we react to certain stimuli, right? In different environments we develop differently. From that I conclude, everything is an environmental issue. We are part of our environment, but our choices influence it only to a certain extent. So you could say we only choose minimally who we are.

But the premise to all that are the genes.
Don't like them? Change them. It will be possible eventually. We already mess around with plants and food. We will eventually mess with each other too (talk about transhumanism).

Well, if you want to change your whole genetics, you have to have faith that the doctors and machines will do their job right, provided you really do that voluntarily. Ironically, this will prove my second statement, that others define who you are, right and the fact that we have the choice wrong.

Karma or bad luck, can't really say which one applies.
But I do know how you feel. I wish I could say for sure things will eventually get better, but I simply can't.
I am broken too, believe it or not. But oftenly broken things are not beyond repair, or so I've been told. It's a matter of willpower, believe and luck.
Either fate will stay cruel, or it will soften up. Unfortunately we can't influence that.
Sorry that I can't contribute something really helpful, but I wish you good luck for the future. Just don't do things others might regret.

[sarcasm]Just look, how many people will choose the unexplored route. There's no way there will be no traffic jam in that route, as everyone suddenly tries to sqeeze themselves through there. And the familiar route is as empty as the desert.
Oh, that sign is magical and only apllies to me? All the other people do know that route already? In that case...[/sarcasm]
...if I wasn't in a hurry, I'd like to explore the new place, but my pet cactus already looks so green around the gills.
Staying with reality, people should already have navgation systems in their cars. Even smart phones, who have access to the internet, could provide all the necessary information, so you'd know if that unexplored route really was all that more efficient. Taxi drivers should know their sector or have navi's.
[sarcasm]Maybe except in the country the thread poster is from. Silly country the thread poster is from...[/sarcasm]
I for one would have already looked for an alternate route long ago, knowing that the 'familiar' route is frequently blocked.

In conclusion this poll does not provide an appropriate option for special me.

Well, it might be, that said readers may really be utter, complete morons.
But it might also be falsifying statements, which would be horrible. o_O
If that was the case, isn't there anything that could be done.
Because this starts to get going into propaganda.
