Great post Qazerowl! this is probably what pseudo needs not that he will heed it and not that he will not just ban you as a troll but I agree with your conclusion and wish someone who he may respect because they have followed him for awhile said it sooner. The true question is what is pseudo going to do once he sees this? I would prefer a blog on a programmer who works to find inspiration and has occasional anxiety attacks to a blog full of lots of arrows going nowhere and emotional downfalls.

hmm... Normally I am not negative on the outlook of your creations but I don't think this is Mardek. The battle style is different, the characters are altered making a new game. Truthfully this is a mismatch of everything you seemed to have wanted from Maisamoon and Alora Fane combined with Mardek characters. Is that a bad thing no not really but for those who play the first 3 Mardeks call it something different like ~Sir Mardec or ~Alfa where it leaves the other games untouched as a separate series.

I still follow you but I am not certain if I will play this new thing.

To respond to Monsters Spawn Monsters on your AF site...

Your personal life though you have said you won't talk about it anymore several times... is actually interesting and a piece important to know because your work is a reflection of yourself, there is a part of you distinguishable in each character you brew, each conversation you script and most importantly learning how you grow as a person can help us predict to a point some of what will happen in the next Mardek :D

O and about female Mardek Sure, go ahead but change the name to make is a separate game so you do not feel obliged to follow the same storyline approx. You can do an parallel world maybe following the same basic structure (in future or fast) but does not involve character already made. Look at Pokemon yes ash is always there but they keep people due to some hold to past but an (not so original) concept is added.

... no offense I don't reply much but... do something... it seems you say you are in a direction but it seems you are still going no where. You have many Ideas but you need to realize a couple of them and expound on them before you "scrap them for later" (at least upload a demo of the game on fig hunter games so we can tell you how great or crappy an idea truly is.... Yden is not there... that was a twist but interesting concept!)

I enjoyed leveling Sslen'ck myself because he was strange at first talking like a lizard and that kinda stuck on me plus he is the only character with a giant battle axe to swing an he knows it.

I also enjoyed playing Legion and solar who I found the most useful of the group for powerful attacks (Legion) and decent healing/somedmg(Solar),

I am surprised Steele is on the list though because we only control Steele for a minute or so he is very aggressive and I we could control him for a time that is not limited to 1 battle I wouldn't mind trying that.

I am also surprised Mardek is on there... Mardek the main Character(as I see it or his body sharing partner Rudolf could be). Would you kill him off?

Finally I would like to ask for the return of Deugan. It was a noble deed he did when he did what he did at the end of 2. I know from what I read in that part of the Encyclopedia I think he may of survived but I didn't read 2 or 3 of the notes because I didn't find them and my 84 hour save reset last year...

hmm this post is getting kinda full.... any chance we can start another one so it is all about the same concept not starting from the beginning of yden and parts of AF but separate the two.

Also Matrigan I don't know about you but, Mardek is just a different type of game and it is (in my opinion) his best so far, yes the tease of mardek 4 got many people hung up on it but pseudo is getting a footing with not only code but a whole new idea. I hope to enjoy whichever project he releases next!

The pic is nice! Though you might want to add to the hair below the ears. As for Alora Fane well... start with no plot is my suggestion or use the perverse/bad plot you talked about awhile ago then later add on to it.

Well Fighunter is just a blog with little going for it at the moment. It is ok the community will withstand with whatever is left or it wont. Either way most people who have joined this site probably wish you the best so as long as you know that you gained more good then bad from this site.
