I know there's a lot of racism where I live, it is essentially what this town is built from, but I generally avoid it for the most part. Partially because I never leave my house, but also because nobody I know talks about it.

As a result, I don't have that much to say about it, other than the fact that I know my town is extremely racist, both ways. I don't believe either side is remotely justified, though. There doesn't seem to be a noticeable split in the community, there's just strong stigma.

I really noticed this, though, when I visited my father for a week or so, and noticed the significant lack of racial diversity in that town. Unsurprisingly, where there is nobody to be racist towards, racism is low. Wow, who'd have guessed that.

The most common racism I see in Australia is between darker and lighter skinned people (that's pretty universal, apparently), but in cities I've noticed that that takes a backseat and people are most likely to complain about people from Asia as a whole.

But maybe that's just how people here, who don't live in cities react? I'm not sure. None of my family lives in a city, and I don't personally know anyone in Australia who does.

Annoyingly, racism is inevitable, people don't like things that are different, and people like to put others into groups and have something to complain about. These aren't a good combination.

Of course, since the US is the largest, most active English speaking place, their issues and opinions become what everybody sees, while nobody sees what anywhere else has to say.

So the thought of anywhere other than the US and where you're from having racism seems silly. Which itself is silly.

These are words. They are probably not written coherently.

Well, I'd like to hope that the Fig Hunters on Alora Fane could at least make attempts to align with the intended community. ;-;

I know I am. ;-;

There's only one person that I'd find it weird if they changed their colour, really, and that's me. I've always been gold since I joined the site, and I very much associate the colour with myself at this point, and I have no intention or reason to change it.

Also, there's always a reason if someone does changes their colour, it just depends on how valid it seems to the person who isn't doing the changing. "I want to change my colour." is still a reason.

I made a 17 and a half minute long dark drone track.
Drone, of course, being your favourite genre.

He could just never touch the series if you prefer.

You could also ignore it, too, and continue on with your life as you did before.

No?

Okay.

I spent my time listening to music and doing stuff, saddened about having no way to inform people of my obviously spectacular activities.

Sadly, I'm pretty sure that is about it.

After years of waiting, Cravagoide's new album is finally here. And it's absolutely fantastic.
