The hardest part is starting up again. Once you start you'll probably get hooked, but starting requires the most work. There are usually a few mental blocks to get over, like "I'm tired" or "maybe another day" or "I'll do something later." I usually deal with at least one of these blocks every workout day, but since I got a strict time management plan, I always start.
