As for me, I'm thinking of getting back to Tae Kwon Do as well.
I feel like brushing up on my skills and not feeling like a boulder of fat who does nothing but watch One Piece and Medabots and eat nearly anything digestible...

The hardest part is starting up again. Once you start you'll probably get hooked, but starting requires the most work. There are usually a few mental blocks to get over, like "I'm tired" or "maybe another day" or "I'll do something later." I usually deal with at least one of these blocks every workout day, but since I got a strict time management plan, I always start.
