Not to be intelligent and being stupid is not entirely the same. Well, it depends on the context and on whom you ask and I don't know about the definition of stupidity but I would call people stupid who act in a stupid way. Who do not even try to think about what they're doing and saying. For me, this got nothing to do with the actual 'intelligence', which, by the way, is a very difficult concept to speak of.

Is somebody who isn't able to understand maths easily a stupid person? I don't think so. Is somebody who, let's say, complains about wheel chair users blocking the way in the subway stupid? Yes, he is. Because he did not even thought about what he's saying. The example is a little off but maybe you know what I mean. Or in a more simple way, people who complain about some piece of technic not working without even trying to read the manual. That's stupid. If you on the other hand just did not understand the manual then you're not stupid in my way of thinking.

Soo, I'm saying it's okay to hate stupid people if I call the right ones stupid.

That's fair- however, I don't agree. Most people perform their actions due to circumstance, not maliciousness. By that, I mean that we're products of our own minds and the environment in which those minds were nurtured. Your mind may be more self-reflective, or you may have been taught to check a manual when something doesn't work. Is it silly not to use the manual? Entirely. The person is *acting* stupid; but that doesn't make them stupid, and it doesn't make them deserving of scorn. If anything, you should feel empathy. That person is frustrated- they're hurt, and angry. Getting angry when people act stupidly is understandable, but not reason to scorn the person themselves.

Yeah, you're right. Acting stupid and being stupid is different. That's why my examples where just examples. There are few people so entirely stupid that they act stupid everytime. But there are ones who just are stupid. Who do not even want to think, no matter the circumstances.(I have to admit that there are many situations where I do act stupid too sometimes, but admitting it and then trying to learn through experience should make up for this; And there are people who do not even do that)

There are people who aren't even able to learn through experiences because of some disabilities, I know that and I don't mean them.

And hating is probably a too extrem term to use in this context. But it's not my fault that they're called 'Hates' and not 'Dislikes'. Which is what I actually do: Simply disliking stupid people.

But maybe it would be more appropriate adding 'Stupidity' instead of 'Stupid People' to my Hates. This has fewer ethical consequences.

Stupid People! :/
I just don't like them, they don't seem to do anything right, except making you sick.

Er... don't hate, just because someone was born with a smaller intellect. Stupidity can be frustrating, but even *more* frustrating would be a world entirely filled with geniuses. Stupidity is relative, anyway- I can ace a Calculus test, but forget to put my shoes on in the morning. Some people are socially adept, and others have a natural ability at sports. No intelligence is more valuable than another.

So... eh... don't be hatin'. Getting frustrated doesn't hurt them; it hurts *you*. :O

Don't worry! We all get to be the stupid at some point in our lives. No one can aviod.
We make mistakes so that we can learn from them.

I agree with Samwise a bit. Don't hate on people who don't seem to be up to your intelligence standards. As Albert Einstein said, "If you judge a fish on its ability to climb a tree, it will live it's whole life thinking it's stupid." Say you're an expert at Mathematics, and you're getting 100s on tests and everything, you can't say everyone else is dumb for not being as good at mathematics as you. They may have better writing skills, or drawing skills, or problem solving skills or even be smarter in regards to sports strategies and tactics.
Even if you *do* surpass them at everything, (which is highly unlikely, as I think it`s nearly impossible to be better at everything than someone else) why would you hate that person? It's not their fault you're better at things, and they never did anything to you.
Imagine someone *else* beat you at every possible thing, how would you feel if that person hated you?
